To establish an auditor's certificate in the amount of $498,700.00 for the purchase of equipment, supplies and services for the Division of Police; to authorize and direct the Director of Finance and Management and the Director of Public Safety to enter into various contracts for the purchase of equipment, supplies and services on behalf of the Division of Police; to authorize the expenditure of $498,700.00from the Law Enforcement Drug Seizure Funds.
