To amend the 2022 Capital Improvement budget; to authorize the transfer of funds within the Streets and Highways Bond Fund; to appropriate funds within the Federal Transportation Grants Fund and the OPWC Grants and Loans Fund; to authorize the Director of Public Service to enter into contract with Double Z Construction Company for the Intersection - Broad Street at James Road project; to authorize the expenditure of an amount not to exceed to $6,410,130.38 from the Federal Transportation Grants Fund, the OPWC Grants and Loans Fund and the Streets and Highways Bond Fund for the project; to repay any unused grant funds at the end of the grant period; and to declare an emergency.
