To authorize the Director of Public Safety to modify the contract and fund Year 3 of a 5 Year maintenance agreement with Intrado Life & Safety, Inc (formally, Intrado Life & Safety Solutions Corporation) to continue the maintenance of the city's current 911 system pursuant to the sole source provisions of the Columbus City Code; to authorize an expenditure of $324,842.53 from Public Safety's General Fund; and to declare an emergency.
