To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Safety on behalf of the Division of Fire to modify the existing contract with ZOLL Medical Corporation for ZOLL defibrillators/monitors CaseReview cloud-based post-case data services; to extend the existing contract for one year; and to authorize the expenditure of $8,630.37 from the General Fund.
