To authorize the Director of Finance and Management to associate all General Budget reservations resulting from this ordinance with the appropriate Universal Term Contract with Southeastern Equipment Co, Inc for the purchase of two Articulating Wheel Loaders for the Department of Public Utilities; to amend the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize a transfer of cash within the Sanitary Permanent Improvement Fund; to authorize an appropriation of funds; to authorize an expenditure of up to $914,800.00 from the Sanitary Permanent Improvement Fund to pay for the equipment; to authorize the Department of Public Utilities to expend more than $100,000.00 against specific Universal Term Contracts in a fiscal year; and to declare an emergency.
