To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a Community Reinvestment Area Agreement with TCG OCP CPOZ Owner, LLC for a property tax abatement of seventy-five percent (75%) for a period of fifteen (15) consecutive years on real property improvements in consideration of the proposed total investment of approximately $60,000,000.00 in real property improvements and the creation of twenty-five (25) net new full-time permanent positions with an estimated annual payroll of approximately $1,040,000.00.
