To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to modify a contract in an amount up to $20,000.00 with Evolved Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC, to provide residential emergency heating, plumbing, water and sewer, and electrical services as part of the Division of Housing’s Emergency Repair program; to authorize the expenditure in an amount up to $20,000.00 from the General Fund; to authorize expenditures prior to execution of the Purchase Order; and to declare an emergency.
