To authorize the Director of Public Utilities to modify and increase a professional construction management services contract with Smoot Construction Company of Ohio for the Big Walnut Trunk Extension Phase 2 Professional Construction Management project; to authorize the Director of Public Utilities to apply for and accept a loan from the Sanitary Fresh Water Market for the project; to appropriate funds in the Sanitary - Fresh Water Market Rate Fund; to make this ordinance contingent upon the Ohio Water Development Authority approving a loan for this project; and to authorize an expenditure of up to $1,913,332.96 from the Sanitary - Fresh Water Market Rate Fund to pay for the contract modification.
