To amend the 2025 Capital Improvement budget; to authorize the transfer of funds within the Streets and Highways Bond Fund; to authorize the Director of Public Service to enter into contract with Decker Construction Company for the ADA Ramp Projects - Citywide Curb Ramps 2026 project; to authorize the expenditure of up to $1,134,007.70 from the Street, Construction, Maintenance, and Repair Fund and the Streets and Highways Bond Fund for the project; and to declare an emergency.
