To authorize the Director of Finance and Management, on behalf of the Fleet Management Division, to modify a contract with Bomar Construction Company Inc., for the purchase of building maintenance and construction services; to modify the contracted amount from $80,000.00 to $120,000.00; to authorize the expenditure of $40,000.00 from the Fleet Management Operating Fund; and to declare an emergency.
