To authorize the Director of Finance and Management, on behalf of the Fleet Management Division, to modify to add additional funding to increase a contract with Net Auto Glass LLC, for the purchase of auto glass repair & replacement services; to modify the contracted amount from $140,000.00 to $290,000.00; to authorize the expenditure of $150,000.00 from the Fleet Management Operating Fund; and to declare an emergency.
