To authorize the Director of Columbus Water & Power to enter into a contract with Duke’s Root Control, Inc. for sewer root control services for the Division of Water Reclamation in 2026; to waive the competitive bidding provisions of City Code; and to authorize the expenditure of $225,000.00 from the Sewer Operating Sanitary Fund.
