To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management on behalf of Fleet Management Division, to associate all general budget reservations resulting from this ordinance with and to establish purchase orders from previously established Universal Term Contracts (UTCs) for the purchase of automobiles and light duty trucks, as well as associated up-fitting for use by the Division of Fire and Division of Police withGeorge Byers Sons Holding Inc, Law and Order Technology, LLC, and Parr Public Safety Equipment Inc; to authorize the appropriation and expenditure of $2,000,000.00 or so much thereof as may be necessary from the General Fund’s Income Tax Set Aside (ITSA) subfund; and to declare an emergency.
