To authorize the Director of Columbus Water & Power to modify and increase the contract with Andover Associates, Ltd. for the Department of Sewerage and Drainage Roof Replacements No. 3, Modification 2 project; to authorize an amendment to the 2025 Capital Improvements Budget; to authorize a transfer of cash and appropriation within the Sanitary Bond Fund; to authorize an expenditure of up to $350,000.00 from the Sanitary Bond Fund to pay for the contract modification.
