To authorize the Director of Finance and Management to associate all General Budget reservations resulting from this ordinance with the appropriate Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreement for the purchase of (6) Ford Rangers from Ricart Properties, Inc.; to authorize the expenditure of up to $206,689.20 from the Private Construction Inspection Fund and Public Construction Inspection Fund; and to declare an emergency.
