Reappointment of Jane Grote, Chairwoman, Donatos Pizza, to serve on the Short North New Community Authority Board of Trustees as a citizen member, with a term expiration date of June 23, 2028, but shall continue to hold over into one or more subsequent terms until a new citizen member is duly appointed to serve for the remainder of such term or until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by this Council.
