To authorize the Director of Columbus Water & Power to modify the contract with Frank Road Recycling Solutions dba JDM Services, LLC for Clean Fill Disposal Site Services to add additional funding; and to authorize the expenditure of $90,000.00 split among the water and sanitary sewer operating funds.
