Resolution providing for an amended agreement with CSXT Transportation, Inc. for Preliminary Engineering work on the West Carson Street Bridge Project; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Twenty-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($28,600.00), an increase of Twelve Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Dollars ($12,320.00) from the previously executed agreement, reimbursable at 95%.
