Resolution authorizing the Director of the Department of Finance and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an amended Agreement of Sale with various property owners in the 17th Ward of the City in order to advance the Newton Street Project, providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed One Million One Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-Seven Dollars ($1,124,727.00), an increase of Twenty Thousand Seventy Dollars ($20,070.00) from the previous authorization.
