To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a planned modification of a service contract with Amanda King dba Spatialist, LLC to extend the term of the contract from December 31, 2026, to December 31, 2027, for the purpose of administering supportive services for the program under HOME-ARP; to authorize the appropriation in an amount up to $101,500.00; to authorize the expenditure of up to $101,500.00; to authorize the clarification within the scope of services.
