To authorize the Director of Finance and Management, on behalf of Sustainable Columbus, to make payment(s) to the Columbus Foundation, KCB foundation, a nonprofit; to facilitate management of funds in a donor-advised fund in furtherance of the altruistic efforts of Sustainable Columbus and Keep Columbus Beautiful (KCB); to authorize the appropriation and expenditure of $48,000.00 from the Sustainable Columbus fund and to declare an emergency.
