To authorize Columbus Water and Power to enter into a construction contract with Decker Construction Company for utility cut and restoration services for the Division of Water; and to waive the competitive bidding provisions of Columbus City Code; and to authorize the expenditure of $1,450,000.00 from the Water Operating Fund.
