To authorize the Director of Finance and Management, on behalf of the Office of Construction Management, to enter into a service agreement with BOMAR Construction Company, Inc., for the Pavement Replacement 2026 Program; to authorize a transfer of $194,555.00 and expenditure up to $700,000.00 within the Construction Management Capital Improvements Bond Fund; to authorize an amendment the 2025 Capital Improvements Budget; and to declare an emergency.
