To authorize and direct the Board of Health to accept a grant from the National Institute for Children’s Health Quality Healthy Start TA & Support Center in the amount of $2,000.00 for the MATCHS (Mentoring) Program; to authorize the appropriation of $2,000.00 from the unappropriated balance of the Health Department Grants Fund; and to declare an emergency.
