To authorize the Finance and Management Director, on behalf of the Fleet Management Division, to associate all general budget reservations resulting from this ordinance with and to establish purchase orders from previously established Universal Term Contracts (UTC) for the purchase of three (3) mobile column lifts for use at the City of Columbus Fleet Division with Leswego Corporation; to authorize the expenditure of $148,854.84 from the Fleet Management Capital Fund; and to declare an emergency.
