To amend the 2025 Capital Improvement budget; to authorize the Director of Finance and Management to enter into contracts with Bobcat Enterprises Inc. for the purchase of (2) Diesel Powered Tracked Skid Loaders with Attachments; to authorize the expenditure of up to $356,652.32 from the Streets & Highways Bond Fund to purchase the equipment; and to declare an emergency.
