To authorize the Director of Public Utilities to modify the Power Purchase Agreements with DG Columbus Jackson Pike LLC and DG Harvest 2023 LLC, to provide funding for the purchase of energy and environmental attributes generated at the photovoltaic (PV) solar energy facilities at the Jackson Pike Water Reclamation Plant and the Parsons Avenue Water Plant; to authorize the expenditure of $2,800,000.00 from the Electricity Operating Fund; and to declare an emergency.
