To authorize the Director of the Department of Neighborhoods to enter into advance payment grant agreements with the City of Refuge Goodlife Foundation, Columbus Urban League, and Elevate Northland in support of the 2026 Clean & Safe Corridors Initiative; to authorize a transfer of $165,000.00 within the general fund Finance Department Citywide Account and the Department of Neighborhoods; to authorize the expenditure of $165,000.00 from General Fund; and to declare an emergency.
