To authorize and direct the Director of the Recreation and Parks Department to enter into a grant agreement with The Columbus Foundation and accept a grant in the amount of $25,000.00 to support job readiness and employment programming for youth through the APPS Job Readiness Program; and to authorize the appropriation of $25,000.00 in the Recreation and Parks Grant Fund; and declare an emergency.
