To authorize the Director of the Mayor’s Office of Education to enter into Early Start Columbus contracts with high-quality pre-kindergarten organizations, selected via a competitive application process, to provide educational services as part of the 2026-2027 Early Start Columbus Program; to assign all of the individual contracts to Franklin County; to waive competitive bidding provisions of the Columbus City Codes; and to declare an emergency.
