To authorize the Director of Development to enter into a Lease Agreement with 5957 Cleveland Avenue Properties LLC for the lease of medical office space located at 5957 Cleveland Avenue; to authorize the expenditure of $65,397.50 from the Health Department Grant Fund, for the payment of base rent and additional expenses associated with this lease; and to declare an emergency.
