To authorize the Public Safety Director to enter into a five-year term contract with Laerdal Medical Corporation for a Resuscitation Quality Improvement Program (RQI) subscription for the Division of Fire; to authorize the expenditure of $183,550.00 from the General Fund for the year one term of this contract; and to waive the competitive bidding provisions of the Columbus City Code.
