To amend the 2025 Capital Improvement budget; to authorize the transfer of funds within the Refuse Collection Bond Fund; to authorize the Director of Public Service to enter into contract with Setterlin Building Company for the Facilities - Marion Road Refuse Warehouse Renovation Ph 1 project; to authorize the expenditure of up to $3,969,402.00 from the Refuse Collection Bond Fund for the project; and to declare an emergency.
