To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the Division of Police, to modify the contract with Franklin County Sheriff’s Office for the collection of DNA and Fingerprints; to authorize an expenditure of $100,000.00 from the General Fund; and to declare an emergency.
