To authorize and direct the Administrative and Presiding Judge of the Franklin County Municipal Court to accept a grant addendum from the State of Ohio, Department of Rehabilitation and Correction; to appropriate $30,000.00 from the unappropriated balance of the general government grant fund to the Franklin County Municipal Court, and to enter into contract with StepMobile pursuant to the provisions of the sole source procurement for implementation and use of the kiosks; to authorize the expenditure of up to $30,000; and to declare an emergency.
