To authorize the Finance and Management Director, on behalf of the Real Estate and Land Redevelopment Office, to establish purchase orders for labor, materials, supplies and equipment and configuration for the purchase and/or rental of office furniture and related services for the City Clerk’s office and to authorize the Director of Finance and Management to associate all general budget reservations resulting from this ordinance with the established UTC/Purchase agreement with Workspace Ohio LLC dba Dupler Office; to authorize the appropriation and transfer of funds from the General Permanent Improvement Fund; to amend the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; and to declare an emergency.
