To amend the 2025 Capital Improvement budget; to authorize the Director of Finance and Management to enter into contracts with Ohio Machinery Co. for the purchase of (1) Pattern Truck; to authorize the waiver of the competitive bidding provisions of Columbus City Code; to authorize the expenditure of up to $239,956.00 from the Streets & Highways Bond Fund to purchase the equipment; and to declare an emergency.
