NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Pittsburgh hereby honors the life and legacy of Dr. Anthony D. Hall. May his memory forever be a blessing, his spirit continues to inspire and his legacy remain alive in the hearts of all who knew him.
