Resolution authorizing the Mayor, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation to issue requests for proposal (RFP) for social services programming at the Burgwin Recreation Center, and to enter into an agreement or agreements with qualified providers at a cost not to exceed two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000).
