Resolution providing for a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Construction phase of the East Ohio Street Safety and Streetscape project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,500,000.00) reimbursable at 100%.
