To authorize and direct the Director of Public Safety to enter into a grant agreement with the State of Ohio, Department of Natural Resources, Division of Watercraft; to transfer $11,647.74 from the General Fund to the General Government Grant Fund; to appropriate $46,590.97 from the unappropriated balance of the General Government Grant Fund to the Division of Police for the operation of a 2024 Marine Patrol Program; and to declare an emergency.
