To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to enter into a construction contract with Danbert, Inc., for the Blueprint Hilltop - Eureka/Fremont Area Integrated Solution, Permeable Pavers, Water Line Improvements, and Resurfacing projects; to authorize an amendment to the 2023 Capital Improvement Budget; to appropriate funds; to make this ordinance contingent upon the Ohio Water Development Authority approving loans for this project; to authorize a transfer of funds between projects within the Streets and Highways Bond Fund; to authorize the expenditure of $21,776,461.74 from the Sanitary Revolving Loan Fund, the Sanitary Bond Fund, the Water Supply Revolving Loan Fund, and the Streets and Highways Bond Fund to pay for the project.
