To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to enter into a contract modification with Hill International, Inc. to add funding for the Professional Construction Management Services - 2018 contract; to authorize an amendment to the 2023 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize a transfer of cash and appropriation within the Water Bond Fund; and to authorize an expenditure of $1,134,700.00 from the Water Bond Fund to pay for the modification.
