To authorize the Director of the Department of Recreation and Parks to modify an existing contract with Ironsite, Inc. DBA Facemyer for the Ulry-Warner Parkland Improvements Project which is now referred to as Warner Woods Park to expand upon the scope of existing services in the contract namely to include the addition of a bicycling pump track for youth; to authorize the appropriation of $210,000.00 within the Hamilton-Central College TIF Fund; to authorize the transfer of $210,000.00 within the Hamilton-Central College TIF Fund; to authorize the expenditure of $210,000.00 from the Hamilton-Central College TIF Fund; and to declare an emergency.
