To authorize the Director of Finance and Management to enter into a contract with Premier Truck Sales & Rental Inc., for purchase of five (5) Mack LR64R-SL/ Labrie 31YD 2023 Automated Side Loading Diesel Powered garbage trucks for the Division of Refuse Collection; to authorize the waiver of the competitive bidding requirements of the Columbus City Code; to authorize the expenditure of up to $1,673,750.00 from the Refuse Bond Fund; and to declare an emergency.
