Improvements - Camera Upgrades project via the sole source procurement provision of City Code; to authorize an amendment to the 2023 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize a transfer of funds and appropriation within the Water Bond Fund; to authorize the expenditure of up to $169,000.00 for the project.
