To authorize the City Clerk to enter into a grant agreement with Artway Inc. to operate as a fiscal agent in support of the Polymath Foundation’s Southside Community Day and Erica Wheeler Basketball Camp; to authorize an appropriation and expenditure within the Neighborhood Initiatives subfund; and to declare an emergency.
