To authorize the appropriation and expenditure of $325,000.00 from the 2024 HOME Investment Partnerships grant; to authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a Subrecipient Not-for-Profit Service Contract with the Community Shelter Board in an amount up to $325,000.00 for the Tenant Base Rental Assistance Program and authorize the payment of expenses starting January 1, 2024; and to declare an emergency.
