To authorize and direct the Director of Recreation and Parks to enter into twelve (12) contracts for the provision of services to older adults in Central Ohio in connection with the Alzheimer's Respite Program and Senior Volunteer programs administered by the Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging; to authorize the expenditure of $500,000.00 from the Recreation and Parks Grant Fund; and to declare an emergency.
