To authorize and direct the Director of the Recreation and Parks Department to make payments to Hanna Commercial, LLC for the fourth year of a four-year building maintenance service contract for the Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging; to authorize the expenditure of up to $450,000.00 from the Recreation and Parks Grant Fund; and to declare an emergency.
